Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. All orders are packed with care from our North Brisbane location.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Delivery location

All shipping prices are displayed before checkout is completed.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. As a general guide:

  • Local Queensland deliveries: 2–6 business days

  • Interstate deliveries: 3–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or peak shipping periods.


Local Pickup (If You Offer It – Optional)

Local pickup may be available by arrangement for North Brisbane customers. If local pickup is enabled at checkout, you will be contacted once your order is ready to collect.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable) so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
